  • Compiling work packages for technicians and ensuring optimal planning and coordination of assignments. 
  • Checking invoices, ordering and inspecting materials, and taking proactive action in case of deviations. 
  • Assessing and possibly revising procedures and regulations related to QHSE aspects, and advising the organization on determining stock levels.

Role and department

In our department, you'll be part of a team of around 20 work planners collaborating on various (maintenance) projects in our factory. The scope covers all E/I equipment in the assigned area.

As a work planner you play an essential role in coordinating and optimizing maintenance activities for technical installations. Your responsibilities include preparing, calculating, outsourcing and archiving maintenance orders, ranging from simple to complex tasks. You call for preventive maintenance and monitor the process closely. In addition, you are responsible for consulting working drawings and process diagrams, and if necessary, making additional drawings or sketches for clarification.

Your profile

To be successful in this role, you should have a MBO level 4 diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent. Additionally, you should have: 

  • Several years of experience in a similar environment. 
  • Knowledge of production processes, installation management systems, and relevant QHSE regulations. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge and experience with SAP is advantageous.
