At Teijin Aramid, we take pride in our pursuit of innovation and quality. As a leading producer of high-performance aramid fibers, our operators play a crucial role in our production process. At our company, an operator is a key figure in the production of materials used in various innovative applications such as the racing suit of a Formula E driver.
Our operators ensure that the installations are correctly set up together with their team. They adjust the process to maintain quality and prevent deviations and malfunctions. Process and product controls are part of their daily tasks. They independently analyze and resolve deviations and malfunctions in the installation and assess whether it is necessary to involve supporting disciplines. Maintenance work is also part of their responsibilities.
Our operators are challenged to master the latest technologies and advanced production methods. Therefore, various training opportunities are offered, depending on where they work. An internal training program conducted by practical instructors is provided, or they can follow a training program in collaboration with an external party. The focus is always on directly connecting theory with practice.
