Role and department

The engineering department contributes to improving and renewing the efficiency, functionality and safety of existing installations and equipment. Through continuous improvement and innovation in mechanical and electrical engineering. The colleagues in the team strive to realize investment projects that align with company objectives, comply with safety regulations and are completed within the allocated time and budget.

As a Project Engineer, you play a crucial role in the realization of improvements and innovations in existing installations and equipment. Your main focus lies on electrical, instrumentation, and process automation. It's your responsibility to execute investment projects that meet the specified requirements while adhering to company and safety regulations.

You ensure that these projects are completed within the agreed-upon timeframe and budgeted costs. You collaborate closely with various stakeholders and continuously monitor the progress of the projects, aiming for maximum efficiency and quality.

Your profile

You have completed an MBO4 or HBO degree, for example in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Automation, or Industrial Electrical Engineering. With several years of experience in a similar role, you are capable of motivating people and transferring knowledge to colleagues, clients, and suppliers. Additionally, you have: 

  • Knowledge of instrumentation and electrical engineering; 
  • Knowledge of Measurement & Control techniques and process control systems like SCADA; 
  • Extensive experience in production and project management; 
  •  A team player, strong organizational skills, independent, and result-oriented; 
  • An in-depth understanding as a gatekeeper for delivered engineering work.
