Operator Productie Support

Would you like to contribute to the production of fibers used in bulletproof vests and airplanes? We have an exciting opportunity available at our factory in Emmen. As a Production Support Operator FDQ1, you will support the optimal functioning of the production plant FDQ1. Your tasks include: 

  • Disassembly, cleaning, assembly, and assessment of various installation components 
  • Creating avivages 
  • Spin pump overhaul 
  • Transporting raw materials (PPTA) using a forklift, and blowing over the raw materials 
  • Inventory management of parts 
  • Processing, recording, and analyzing data in automated systems

Role and department

At our Emmen location, the fibers are spun into Twaron. As a Production Operator, you will report directly to the Production Support Manager. Additionally, you will have 15 colleagues performing the same role. In total, there are 700 employees working in Emmen.

As a Production Support Operator, you will report directly to the Production Support Manager. In this role, you will be involved in evaluating various installation components. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating avivages, overhauling spin pumps, and managing parts inventory. The position operates on a 7-day roster with day and afternoon shifts.

Your profile

  • Minimum technical education level 2, e.g., Mechanical Operator A 
  • Technical aptitude 
  • Forklift license 
  • Socially and communicatively skilled 
  • Accurate; communicative for interdepartmental discussions and participation in workgroups 
  • Sense of order and cleanliness (5S, Good-house-keeping) 
  • Height: minimum 1.75 m.

  •  A salary of up to €3912 gross per month based on a full-time position (excluding holiday pay 8.33%). Salary will be determined based on knowledge and experience.
