Internship: Corrosion Inhibitors Technologist

Join us for an BSc/MSc thesis project that focuses on tackling the challenge of corrosion in harsh environmental conditions. Role

This position finds itself in the Research & Development department. You will receive proper guidance from one of our colleagues and work in a team.

You will be working on a research project with the title: ‘An investigation into the use of corrosion inhibitors to reduce the damage caused by corrosion to factory infrastructure in harsh environments’. You will be occupied with testing and evaluating different corrosion inhibitors and delve into the mechanisms behind their effectiveness.

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in a BSc/MSc program related to Materials Science and engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical engineering or a related field, 
  • Keen interest in corrosion science and materials engineering, 
  • Analytical thinker with a methodical approach to research and problem-solving, 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
