HR Intern

We look forward to your initiatives and the added value you will bring to the HR&O team at Teijin Aramid. We are also eager to learn from you. Some specific tasks/responsibilities include: 

  • Performing daily HR tasks 
  • Contributing to the execution of the “HR Calendar” (performance review cycle, Talent Review, Succession Planning) 
  • Other projects that align with your talents, interests, and development (such as onboarding, HR automation, wellness, or HR Analytics). You will have complete freedom in these areas

Role and department

Will you join our friendly, enthusiastic, and driven HR team?

Do you want to put the HR theory you've learned into practice by interning at a leading company that operates globally across multiple industries? At our Emmen location, you will work in an HR team with 7 colleagues (3 HR Business Partners, 2 L&D advisors, an absenteeism specialist, and an HR manager). Additionally, you will be supported by national HR expertise centers (such as Learning & Development, Recruitment) and a service center from the headquarters in Arnhem.

Your profile

You are a (3rd year) HBO student studying Human Resource Management. Additionally: 

  • You are meticulous, customer-oriented, independent, and have a good sense of humor 
  • You are enthusiastic and eager to learn, not afraid to ask questions, and take on tasks independently 
  • You have good planning and organizational skills and have an affinity for personnel information systems 
  • You enjoy switching between different tasks and disciplines
